Pet-e is an online service that allows pet owners to create unique QR codes for each of their pets, manage their public profile, and track their pet's health and wellbeing through the Wellness Tracking tool. The service is intended for users aged 16 and over.
The Pet-e system provides a QR code that, when scanned, displays the pet's information and the owner's contact details. This functionality relies entirely on a third party scanning the code (the finder). Pet-e does not guarantee the location or return of a lost pet, as this depends on factors beyond our control.
Disclaimer: Pet-e is a communication facilitation tool, not an animal recovery service. We accept no liability if a lost pet is not found.
Pet-e offers annual subscriptions at two tiers (Basic / Premium). Payments are processed via Stripe and billed annually.
If you are not satisfied with the service, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 calendar days of the purchase date, by submitting a request to support.pete@gmail.com. Requests submitted after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.
In the event of a permanent discontinuation of the Pet-e service, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. During this period, you will be able to export your data. After discontinuation, all data will be permanently deleted from our servers. We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability of the service.

Pet-e is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
These Terms of Service are governed by Greek law. For any disputes, the courts of Athens shall have jurisdiction.
